Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom, engraved, and personalized pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
Sale items may only be exchanged for store credit. Earrings that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage beyond normal inspection are not eligible for return. Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
